Extraordinary Cakes

Soooooo like again, I've got completely nothing to do. While some of my friends, along with the other thousands of Indonesian teens watch that newly-rising idol Justin Bieber having a concert in Sentul International Convention Center, I'm left alone right here at my home on Saturday night with no good tv programs worth to watch. And I eventually end up here again, blogger.com.

Maybe now I'm just gonna share a little piece of stories from my 17th birthday. A sentence to describe it: the most and also least special birthday I've ever had. I've got many reasons why, but some of them might better be left untold. Hehe sorry :p

This year I was given 3 birthday cakes, in which all of them, to me, are very special. My birthday fell on Saturday, and so the first cake was unexpectedly from my only and lovely brother. It wasn't a cake, though. More like a fruit pie, a big one. He knows how I've always loved fruit pie so much that he specially ordered it from Jakarta for me. And guess what, he's still got other presents: two Maroon 5 printed black t-shirts! How sweeeet, I'm so wearing them to their looking-forwarded-to concert on April 27th. A thank you might be not enough, he's the best brother I could ever have.

The second one, was from my friends from XI Sci 3. They gave it to me when I was treating them at AgriPark. To be honest, I wasn't aware that they'd already prepared a cake. It was chocolate, with 1 and 7 candles on it. This is how the cake came: I was the only one whose food hadn't been served. So as the waiter came to bring my food, there was another one who brought the cake.  I was kinda surprised you know. And the funny thing was that we all agreed that the waiter who brought my cake was kind of handsome. At the end of the day we called that waiter again to come bring a plate to be given a piece of cake. Although we were flirtatious and teasing, he stayed calm and cool which made us like him even more. Hahahaha. We didn't take it too seriously though, just tryna' have some FUN!

Aaaaand last but not least *drumrolls*.... is from my X-2 bestfriends. Even though the cake came really late (about a week or two after my birthday), I've got to admit that it was one of the (figuratively) sweetest and cutest birthday cakes ever! and there's gonna be quite a long explanation for this :D

The cake, was decorated by themselves. The cream was colorful and I like it a lot. On the top of the cake, there was no candle. BUT, there were some pictures attached to toothpicks on it. There was a picture of me chased by a Godzilla, Katy Perry shouting out suamiku selingkuh! (my husband's cheating on me), Ryan Reynolds holding a tennis racket, and Miley Cyrus playing a guitar. At first I was so puzzled why these random pictures were stuck on my birthday cake. Then, they told me that it was a "dream cake". Dream here means literal dream--some events happening in your slumber. And it explained a lot! all of a sudden I recalled again some old memories. I remember how I used to share my dreams with them -- from the Hollywood ones, 'til the super nonsense ones.

Katy Perry picture explains when I dreamed myself having an affair with a man. It wasn't Russel Brand, just some ordinary random guy who in my dream, had a role as Katy Perry's husband. And that's why she was shouting her husband's cheating on her. Hahaha. How random.

Ryan Renolds picture explains when I dreamed him as my uncle, who at the same time, trained me tennis at a tennis court by a beach. It was one of those dreams you didn't want to wake up from! Lol

Miley Cyrus picture explains when I dreamed her camping with me, singing a song by a campfire together. Teehee I don't know why it should be her.

The last picture simply explains my nightmare. When I dreamed of being chased by my Godzilla doll who turned out to be a scary giant monster. I kinda don't want to remember it again though -___- but somehow it became something funny seeing the picture on my cake hahahahaha...................
